RENTAL TERMS

 Notice:  At this time we cannot accept  individual 3rd party bookings (Travel Agencies and Corporate Clients  are the only exceptions).  The person who reserve the vehicle (with a credit card) must be the primary or secondary driver.

1.  Renter Must  Have held a valid Drivers License for over two years.

2.  Renter Must be 25 years of age or older.

3.  Vehicle  Insurance: Central Auto  Rentals are covered by  Third Party  

      Insurance only.  By signing the rental agreement, Renter is

      responsible  for all  damages to vehicles as well as any injuries  that  may incur

     to passengers/ driver during rental.

4.   Renter is responsible for any tow charges  and or  legal fine/penalty

      that  may result from driving  without care and attention or if  

      driving in a manner that is a direct violation of Bahamian  Road

      Traffic Laws.

5.   Central Auto  Rentals requires  a minimum of 6 days notice  of cancellation 

     wherein the client would not be charged, if  cancellation is 6 days  before the

     expected date of arrival. Cancellations  0-5 days before arrival date may be

     charged 25% of original quote.   We ask our clients to kindly notify us as soon

     as  a decision to cancel has been made  as  we typically set our schedules up to

     two  weeks in advance.
